Business Development Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting our mission to provide flexible financing solutions to small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

– Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the small business lending and MCA sectors.

– Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives to attract new clients.

– Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financing solutions.

– Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

– Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

– Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.

– Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

– 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the financial services or small business lending industry.

– Strong understanding of small business financing options, including loans and Merchant Cash Advances.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

– Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

– Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping small businesses succeed.

Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time, In-person

Pay: $60,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Job Description:
Flexibility Capital is a rapidly growing financial marketplace that provides capital solutions to small businesses across the United States. As a member of the Inc 5000, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and assist with the growth of our sales floor and the entire company. The position offers a starting base salary of $40,000, plus commission, with a minimum earning potential of $100k in the first year and up to $250k in the second year. All leads will be warm, and there will be no cold calling or weekend work. This is a full-time position, and remote work is not available. However, we offer an aggressive commission structure, high renewal commissions, and extensive hands-on training, along with opportunities for growth and promotion within the company. If you are a high-energy, entrepreneurial, and collaborative individual seeking a dynamic work environment, this may be the opportunity for you to earn $150,000.00 or more per year.

We offer a very aggressive commission structure along with the ability for our inside sales reps to build a book of business and earn residual income month over month through high renewal commissions. Average inside sales reps will have the ability to make $100,000+ in their first year.

Entry Level Administrative Assistant / Data Clerk

Job Type: Full-time, In-person

Pay: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative assistant and data clerk with experience in financial analysis of bank statements and tax documents to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating contracts, communicating with brokers and merchants directly, and analysis of financial documents.

Responsibilities:

– Accurately enter and verify information provided by brokers

– Corresponded directly with brokers/ISOs

– Analyze financial statements and create clear and concise reports

– Ensure terms provided by ISOs/ brokers are accurate

– Data entry of merchant information to create contracts

– Ensuring a smooth funding process

Skills:

– Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word

– Attention to detail

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Strong focus on accuracy

– Good written and verbal communication skills

– Ensure a high standard to keep private data secure

Requirements:

Experience: 1 year experience financial analysis, 1-2 years’ experience with data entry

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably Business or Finance)
